How to process bookings in our extranet
Receiving the Booking
Your reservations department will receive an email notification of a booking request from a Staff Travel Voyage guest directly via our extranet.

Simply click on the link in the email to see the booking in our extranet:

The booking will be presented as follows and will be based on the rates uploaded in our system:

Commission Based Bookings

Commissionable rates payable by guest direct to hotel

Staff Travel Voyage invoice hotel for commission the month after check out

Net Rate Based Bookings

Net rates payable by guest direct to hotel 

Staff Travel Voyage collect our mark up direct from the guest

Accept and Confirm

When you confirm a booking to the guest you will be provided with:

 

1) a box to enter your reservation confirmation number

 

2) a box to enter a message to the guest about the booking.

Please remember when you enter a message about the booking in our system you are talking directly to the Guest and not Staff Travel Voyage so the message should be suitable for them to read! Offer alternative

If you cannot confirm as requested please try to offer the guest either an alternative room category or alternative dates, rather than reject their booking!

Please note that we must have the alternative room category and rate uploaded in our system for you to be able to change room categories.

 

If you have not submitted rates to us for the proposed alternative room type, please contact us first on 

reservationsupport@stafftravel.voyage

(Please never quote a net rate to a client directly in the system)

Contact Guest

You can communicate with the guest at anytime about their booking via the extranet booking message service.

​Please remember when you enter a message about the booking in our system you are talking directly to the Guest and not Staff Travel Voyage so the message should be suitable for them to read!
